Noelle Wade, APCC
Noelle Wade is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #20421) who approaches therapy with warmth, presence, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She believes that rather than pushing away discomfort or resisting emotional waves, healing happens when individuals are supported in moving through them with intention and care. Emotions carry wisdom, and Noelle works collaboratively with clients to explore what their inner experiences may be communicating, while honoring each person’s pace and boundaries.
Noelle offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic space grounded in attunement, validation, and gentle curiosity. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck, helping clients reconnect with themselves, their values, and their innate resilience.
Her work is informed by a strong interest in the mind-body connection, recognizing that experiences are held not only in thoughts, but also within the body, nervous system, and breath. Through this lens, Noelle helps clients cultivate deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of internal safety.
Noelle views therapy not as a process of fixing, but as an opportunity to come home to oneself. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they rebuild trust within themselves and develop a more grounded, authentic relationship with their inner world.
Noelle welcomes individuals seeking thoughtful, supportive care on their journey toward healing and growth.
